A garden and palace you must visit is Sanssouci, in the village of Potsdam, just outside Berlin. The famous palace was the summer home of Frederick the Great. Sanssouci is one of the most renowned gardens in the world. (Up there with Versailles.) The fountains alone are worth a visit. Contact them at: Tel: 011-49-331-969-4319. Fax: 011-49-331-969-4102.
